Yep, at 11 am this morning, walk out to drive down to pick up some new foglight bulbs and I find my baby gone. Called the police, called insurance, everything is in process, atleast I had one more trip with her. wish me luck guys!!!

UPDATE:

Car (well PIECES of the car) found in desert by Marciopa County Sheriffs department. Yard owner said not much left, said the body had a cut in the roof like they where going too chop it, so it probably wouldn't be salvagable. They wouldn't let me see it because the insurance company is now the title holder, so I couldn't confirm anything or even take pictures.

Still no sign of the vehicle, looks like the car they found in the desert matched the description but was actually a few numbers off from my actual vin. The search continues, so far its been almost 5 months.

....i got my b20 vtec integra stolen last november. and i was living across from a cop station! kinda makes you wonder what the cops are up to on weeknights. i guess they're only out patroling on weekends and holidays to get drunk drivers instead of fighting crime. i don't know about everyone else here but i wouldn't mind getting pulled over for a random check to make sure i was driving my car. or maybe more bait cars might also be a solution. i don't know but something needs to change and it seems like nothing is gonna happen without anything being said to the public through the media. we should all get something started to end this bullshit.

I understand what your saying, but these past 2 pages are not going stop or slow theft. All it's going to do is give people a better idea of who might have stole their car. They aren't going to find out that theif Billy Bob is deathly alergic to peanuts, and cover their car in peanuts every night to keep them away.

Wrong, I could be driving around in public and have a thief follow me home or take down my license plate. It's more harder for a thief to figure out where you live by pics than them seeing you down the road and following you home. Only way I can think of is by license plates shown in the image.

Wrong, I could be driving around in public and have a thief follow me home or take down my license plate. It's more harder for a thief to figure out where you live by pics than them seeing you down the road and following you home. Only way I can think of is by license plates shown in the image.

I could be on the West side with my car spotted even though I live on the East Side, Casa Grande, etc.. They have entire area of Phoenix to look for you car and the only chance they will get if they follow you home..

It hasn't been found yet and the insurance company is giving it till next week to be found before they settle the claim. I'm assuming I'm going to get a certain amount... well, more like I won't take less than a certain amount.

I'm going cheaper, older, and non-honda with my next car, cheaper insurance, cheaper parts, but still has alot of character.

I've already got a car I'm thinking of purchasing. I have to wait for insurance to write me the check before I can pick it up. I have the rental till the middle of next month, and the seller is a friend of mine and doesn't mind waiting.

If the car is found and is not considered a total loss, I will probably fix it, I still want my car back in one piece even though I know the odds are against that happening.

Update: Still not found, insurance settlement from progressive was decent, enough to buy the replacement and pay off some of my credit cards. Still going to get the vehicle appraised to see if I can get a better settlement. If anyone knows someone who does auto appraisals and can conduct one based off pictures and not the actual vehicle. Please let me know
