Need HELP WITH WIRING

Ok this is the problem. I have a 90 Integra. I dropped an ob0 B16A. I used the LS harness on the B16 and the only way the motor runs good is with the PR4 ecu (which is the LS). When i put on the PR3(replica spoon which came with the swap) the check engine lights stays on and the light on the ecu stays on and doesn't blink. The engine then only revs up up to 3k and goes no further. I've already connected the knock sensor and the vtec solenoid and pressure switch to the inside but still nothing runs right with the PR3. HELP ME PLEASE i'm going out my mine

what exactly would the reason be for that

its this simple. check for codes. see how many times the light blinks. you could have a bad ecu if you actually wired it right. happened to me both times i had a b16

solid cel.. no codes. Try a known good ecu and go from there

try using obd 1 jumper wit a vtec ecu sounds like ecu problem
