Help with power windows

i just changed my driver side window regulator and motor and was workin on the pass side but its slow and wont stay on track. could the track be bad? ir is it ust that the regulator is going out? somebody help! thanks guys

Did you look at the rubber in the track? It could have folded over blocking the actual track causing the window to be slow and come off the track.
