ok first stop using numbers as letters, its not cool. secondly, high idle? might be a cracked vaccum line or stuck throttle plate. runs shity? elaborate please. could be a number of things, timing, fuel, ecu, ect.

if you have it wired right it should run perfect OBD1. i would NOT go OBD2. i could take a look at it if you wanted to bring it by the shop!

make sure your plugs, wires, cap, and rotor are all good to go....Then make sure you ran your plug wires the right way into the distributor cap...

even if he used a 1 wire it would still run ok it would just throw a code for the heater circiut
