the one on h-t is from a nissan or toyota pickup... you basically just need a single din sized cup holder and cut and drill.

nah like you know hte empty pouch under the cd player... you can remove that and on some of the ones i've seen they are one piece so you have to cut it out but it's no big thing. i just searched ebay for din cupholder and it looks like if you pay 35 dollars you can get the one like on h-t. but if you go to the junkyard and look for some sentras from the early to mid nineties you can get almost the same thing. works the same anyway.
