will i will assume your car is OBD-0. if so then u need to get a OBD-0 to OBD-1 jumper harness. i belive locash sells these. pretty simple after that. just hook up all your sensors. i think for your vtec solenoid you wire one wire to the ECU and the other wire to a ground, i think. depends on how many wires you have tho

4 wires to the injectors from the ecu. 4 wires from the injectors to the resistor box. swap tps outer wires. change dizzy plug to an mpfi one and wire 2 more wires from the plug to the ecu. i always just clip the old injector clips off the harness. and there is one sensor in the back you should cut off. not used. but tps wires will need to be extended to. not really that much. takes about 1 1/2 hour to 3 1/3 depending on how good you get at it.

haha lets see if i can do this off the top of my head. dont use these pinouts im about to write
a1 injector 1
a3 injector 2
a5 injector 3
a7 injector 4

take wires from c1 and c2 ad clip them with enough wire left to attch to another wire. \
you will need to pin b10 and b12 somtimes one of the two already has a pin in it so just clip it with anough room to connect a wire to it. take the harness side wires from c1 and c2 and connect them to b10 and b12. dont remember wich goes to wich. and then attch c1 and c2 to the 2 wires comming from the dizzy plug. and your done
