check your timing. its not hard. get a breaker bar, put ur car in nuetral, turn the crank until the timing mark on the pulley lines up with the timing mark on the block (or where ever the stationary mark is). then look at your cams. they should also have timing marks on the head. if they line up something else is amiss. i they dont ill bet thats your problem

i went to the store where is fixing honda and acura only...all i see is PRELUDE about 10 of them park in the garage..waiting to be fix.....dang pretty sad sign but yea i think is teh timing too

The auto tensioners on those engines SUCK. Do an H23 manual tensioner converison. Much safer.
Im willing to bet its timing related. Or did you not plug something in?

Hmmm the only similar thing that happened to my 97 is my timing belt tensioner went out and made my timing belt all loose so the cam gears would just spin like crazy when I tried to start it over

I agree with the rest of them. It has got to be a timing issue. Double check your marks. Also double check all wire connections and be sure that the block is grounded as well. I've seen some hondas that wouldn't start. found out that the chassis grounds weren't connected. solved the problem. Check for spark while cranking, and make sure you have fuel pressure in the fuel rail. one of those things has got to be your problem no doubt
