ITR and CTR exhaust cams are the same, I believe.
98+ spec ITR cams and CTR cams are very similar, I believe.
Basically, either is > GSR cams.

Exhaust cam is the same. CTR Intake cam is a little more aggresive. Definetly upgrade to dual valve springs. You need to beef up the valvetrain a little to handle the additional lift and rpms.

ok...all of you guys...are wrong.
CTR cams were always the same
ITR cams 99 and BEFORE had the same exhaust cam but slightly less aggressive intake cam
ITR cams 00+ are the EXACT SAME as the CTR cams.

all R exhaust cams are the same. but i would go CTR intake cam as it is more agressive than the pre 99 ITR intake cams. and as far as valve train i would just go with R valve train. R valve springs are actually not sa stiff as GSR springs but the valves are alot lighter. so in theory you could use your stock GSR springs and just get some R valves and have better than R valve train. but thats just a theory that i havent tried yet!! lol. but full R valve train FTW!
