I'm gonna drop my crx with 16'' tires and rims, would adjustable coilovers or springs be better???

depends on if you want to be able to adjust your ride hieght or drop it and leave it at a certain point. Also what are your plans for your suspension. Track only, track and street, or street only to make it look better. If its for moderate to alot of track use i would recommend coilovers or at least a good strut/spring combo. If its mostly for street use then get some springs, if you aren't racin it then i wouldn't waste my money on features and tunability when i'm not going to use it.

depends, KYB GR-2's are like 150-160 for a full set, tokico blues are about 250, koni yellows are around 500, omni full coilovers are about 800

you could do it that way but just dont set em to low or you will just kill your struts and it will ride like shit!
