First thing:

One Bar,
or one Atmosphere,
or 10 H20 Meters,
or 33 H20 Feet,
or 100 Kilopascals,
or .98 at,
or 750 mmhg,
ect.

all equal to " in SAE mesurment " 14.5******************* lbs per square inch.

off a gt42R nothing elese. only a gt42R will work with that at that boost. if you run any other turbo you will blow.

we need a noob faq section for forced inductions, you never make your goals on psi levels, you make your goals on the power you would like to make, then select your turbo for those goals, then that will determine the psi it will require to flow the amount of air to reach you goals . Like ive stated before, 15psi on a t25 isnt equal to 15psi on a t67. You have alot of research to do before you even start to buy parts. Research, plan, then execute. Good luck

no GNU is perfectly on topic.
u asked if you can run 14.2 (tho u meant 14.5 or 1 bar) psi...
and GNU simply explained that u cant determine how much psi u can throw at
ur pistons and rods because we have NO idea what size turbo ur running.
As explained by my bro up there... 14.5psi out of something small like a 16g or sumthing huge like a GT4294r are two COMPLETELY different things.
Ask us if your Horsepower goal is reasonable...
not the amount of "boost" u plan on running.
How much power are you looking for?
is it a DD?
