need help with del sol

well my homies del sol is making a weird wabaly then i took the tire off n got it on jack stands n drove it n da upper arm would move up n down with would make that wabaly motion wat could it b?

is it just in one tire or is it in both fronts, sounds like a ball joint or maybe a tie rod end lmk if this helps
