is it really difficult to do an ls/vtec motor? worth it? rater jjust swap ? expensive?

Yeah i've done so many of these its not funny and so have alot of ppl i know, and the best advice i can give you is dont cheap out, do it right the first time and enjoy the results.

They are fun setups but can be very problematic if you take shortcuts, especially with machine work.
