those offsets are ok im running +45 front and rear.

roll your fenders and you can roll even a little lower but 45 is about the lowest you should safely go.

it also depends on what widths your running that makes all the diff.
im running 17x8 17x9 +45 allround regamasters... i just adjusted my camber. to a -3.5 in the rear with 225 tires fr and 255 rr

I have full coilovers and lowered about 2" over stock. its all about rolling the fenders and getting the camber right ron's -3 might be a little too extreme if you go with my set up as he is running lowering springs and they tend to be too soft and will cause the infamous rolling burnout effect when hitting bumps and stuff. If i were you i would make sure to get some stiff coilovers and then i would roll stock specs in the front and -1.5 /-2 (at most) in the rear with that sizing of couse roll the fenders as well.
