Eliminating the loud ASS exhaust sound

i have a LS motor with headers, straight 2.5 piping all the way back to my muffler

i want to eliminate the loud ass muffler sound

what is the best way to get this done

add a CAT?

add a resinator?

not really, occasionally adds a hair of tq with a minimal loss of power due to backpressure.

I personally run two 12" resonators and a 2.5" straight through Thermal R n D muffler and its quiet as hell :)

i had a full 2.5" exhaust (without a resonator) running through a 2.5" in/out raptor muffler from checker, and it was pretty quiet too. i was actually really surprised

If after that it's still too loud, look into a different style muffler. eg mugen twin loop, rsr exmag. Just a couple more ideas.

picked two resinators tonight, will see soon if they do the trick.

my car has such a low quiet tone, its not loud, but the wavelength is so long it shakes the walls of the house. lol.
