Rota Dealers?

I have GT3's and the original center caps came out (one did anyway), so I want to get another set. But I have tried to deal with some shop, apparently Rota's number one distributor, in CA and they've sent me the wrong ones 3 times now! And at $50 a hit, I can't take it anymore! The prob is this, they keep sending me the right ones, wrong color. My wheels are green and they keep sending me black ones. So I just want to find a local shop to deal with. Also, someone who will get them in, let me see that they are right, THEN pay them. Oh, and I'm moving in Oct so I need this quick. Any takers?
