B18 Vacuum Lines PLEASE HELP!!!

Can someone please help me figure out where this vacuum line goes? Also missing a vacuum line on the intake manifold. SEE PICS

PLEASE HELP!! I need to pass emissions within the next couple of days. I failed the first time.
Hydrocarbons - To Pass - 1.60 - MY CAR - 1.71
Carbon Monoxide - To Pass - 15.00 - MY CAR - 17.34
Everything else is GOOD

just cap them off. that little valve on the intake that says (up). is for a late model t-body....
you dont need it. cap it off.

ok but the other one looks kinda important?? is it supposed to T into something?
After looking at a diagram it appears to be the Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid Valve from which the line comes from. But I still cannot find where it is supposed to attatch to on the other end.
