I put coil overs on my car about two weeks ago, and everytime i pull into a driveway the back springs make a noise. what is that noise and how do i stop it?

Possibility they are still settling, chances are the aren't seated properly, what brand are these and are they specific to your vehicle not meaning 88-00 civic I mean 96-00 civic?

its a 98 civic. My cousin gave me these. i don't know the brand, the springs are blue. and from what i was able to make out the said Iceman or something on the spring, is that a brand?

I bet you, you didnt roll the rubber o-ring down the shock body to prevent the height adjuster from moving........

no, i put on everything that needed to be put on. the springs dont squeek. this only happens when i pull into a driveway, never happens when i go over a bump or driving.

did you make sure to seat them in there properly? double check all the bolts to make sure theyre tight. you might have forgotten to tighten the upper shock tower bolts. :) just a thought
