well on the way home from phx today. as i get off the exit. i cant put the car in any gear. 2nd time it has happend. since i got the car the throw out bear was shot, i could always hear it. but now i think the whole tranny is about to be done. it started with a 2nd gear grind, and now 3rd and 4th gear are a task to engage. so i found a used tranny for 760. at a junk yard. and i cant decide whiich clutch to get. my main choices are a exedy stage 1, or a spec stage1. which would u get. the ratings are the same but the spec is cheaper. by 40 bucks. i have had a exedy in my teg. and its holding up good. still. but i had a friend with a 589IL-ft. mustang with a spec stage one still holding up to the task. it sucks either way cuz i gotta blow 1200 bucks that i dont even have yet. but that is the cost of looking fly:)
