question on 99-00 conversion

I have a 97 civic coupe I want to go to the 99-00 front end, is it the fenders hood and bumper or just bumpr and hood? Sorry for the stupid question! Thanks!

You dont have to cut anything bolts right in and you do need the fenders,grill, hood,front bumper
