ok right now my mileages reading at 79,xxx and i want to see if anyone know how to set the clock to read the number you want it too..so for example...if my new motor is have 40,000...so i want it too said 41k,,so is there a way to do that ??

dont do that. dont roll it back for the motor becauseyou still have 79,xxx miles on the rest of the car just remember its roughly a 40k mile difference between your motor and the chassis

64k now 79 about to jump to 80k and soon swap in 40k motor from greenleaf

But if you go lower than 64 and try to sell it like that, your going to run into problems.

im not selling my car...i will keep it...and for really really long time..because this motor is what 40k..ik next year im swaping h23 in..so that another 6 or 7 year .....so im not selling the car...!!

if thats the case they why do you want to waste more money to alter your odometer? your going to be the only person the owns the car so why does it matter? especially if your going to swap in another motor later down the road. that and its highly illegal. they will notate your milage every two years on a national database when you have to pass a visual inspection for your registration stickers.

well mm.. but when i go and test the emission...does they count the mileages..??? im scare......some one in this thread told me that they will keep track of my mileages..
