WIRING PROBLEMS/willing2pay if u can fix

I put a 2000 b16a2 in my 2000 civic hx(fuel economy model). We used the si harness and when we plugged it in, started it, and my tach and speedometer on my stock gauge cluster didnt work. the temp. and gas gauge work, it runs smooth. throws a check engine but i think that is due to the secound o2 censor in the exhaust not being plugged in. oh ya srs light is on. i thought this swap was plug n play willing to pay if someone can fix.
