UMMM I'm confused. You were on a 20 roll in 3rd? Im guessing mistype. If you dug out in 3rd at 20 I guarantee that GSR went no where. Not talking shit. I can pretty much guarantee that 240 went nowhere either if he was in third at 20 also.

Id believe that from a dig that should be a decent race. Both cars probably running low 15's maybe high 14's, unless both modded decently.

I know this thread is probably a l ttle old but I might as well add my two cents. My buddy(not friends anymore) got a sr20 swap done on his 93 240sx and we raced from a dig. The first time we raced he had me by about 2 cars, but I got a horrible start and then the second time he only had me by half a car or less. Oh and just in case you are wondering I drive a 1995 Integra GSR 4dr.

He is going to race my buddies Hatch next with a gsr motor in it and the hatch puts about a car on me. Plus I think my buddy is going to squeeze.

I also raced a blue 240 and won by half a car.

Like I said just adding my two stories. Not that exciting but it makes me feel special.

Depends on the SR too. Could be a beat one, red top vs black top, heat soaked vs not. Lotsa factors.

a heatsoaked s13 SR is not a very efficient motor especially when its in a 2900lb car :)

I raced a 240, like 95, with a sr20det stock, i think... Didnt sound stock. But we went from a 35 in second and he pulled on me half a car cause he boosted fast and then when I hit "vtac", haha, i caught up to him, and 4th i walked by him. After we were done i had a car.

i used to have a 240sx with a SR20 before, there not junk. Mine had lil mods and it was set at stock 7psi. i've race hatches before with gsr swaps and i would say it all depends on how built they both are. i beaten gsr hatches when the motor is still stock or has little mods, but built gsr i wouldn't be able to take. If mine was built also then i dunno. Usually they both hang with each other, i never beaten one so bad or one beaten me so bad. also depends what kind of SR20 it is too like integrals said. i had a s14 blacktop. i like both motors, just my input. I like showing this, i miss it so much!!! my baby. :cry::cry:
