97 Gauge Cluster Light Wiring Help Please

The dash in my 97 Civic ex doesnt like to work right...
The light is on when the head light switch is in off. THis drains the battery like none other.
THen when the switch is turned to the "park" or "on" position the light goes off.
I cant see my dash when the lights are on!
If someone has had the same thing happen and knows how to fix it or has any ideas please let me know!

Try replace`n the 10 fuses with some 7.5`s!..might not be alot of help!..but it worked for me!..i also checked all the fuses from the relay by pulling them out just to check them and then poppN them back in!..haha..i wasnt exactly sure what was up with my gauge cluster either but it worked after all that!..haha..

Fuses wont fix that problem.

this is not good if my car is parked for more than 5 hours it died
that means school and work.

Have you done anything at any time to the cluster? Anything at all? I can see one of the things that happen but not the exact opposite.

The guy i bought it had some nigger rigged dash in and had power running to some elec. components through fuse #32 but i took all that stuff outta there and put in a new dash from the pick and pull :)

Can't really tell you much over the internet but you definately have a wiring issue. Probably a major one and you are only noticing one of probably many problems

ill let the honda dealer sort this shit out...
