HEEEEELP accord has power loss

ok so i crashed my accord and it has been fixed
but now i feel a loss in power
pretty big
the only thing messed up on it engine wise is the distributor but i think its just the cap it runs fine. vtec kicks in. everything else is fine it just feels slower and weighed down?
also when i turn on the a/c sometimes i hear a clicking by like the passenger floor
it just sounds like something is wrong
and what could i do to fix this? i know a tune would be good but it might be something simple
and also i doubt it but any parts i coould use off the b16a2 to make the f22 in my accord a lil faster?

check your o2 sensor. it seems everyone forgets about it. check your spark plugs for carbon build up or any other kinda of build up. check your air filter. my girls car had the same compressor noise. had it for 3 months )b4 we parked it for emission reasons) with ac on all the time, no issues. if you have a lot of carbon, your o2 sensor is probably bad or you might have bad injectors (my girls problem). see if your throwing codes.
