Vibration and CEL help!

I have a couple things I could use some help with:

1.Just bought a eg with an ls vtec...
feel and hear a weird vibration at a stop... not sure what exactly it is.
Currently it doesnt effect performance but it sounds bad..

2. Occasionally ( every couple weeks) the CEL will turn on while driving....once I turn the car off and turn it back on the code is gone.

3. Cars steering wheel needs to be turned a little bit to the left to go strait.... Allignment?
where is the best place to have a lowered car alligned?

4. Car also has an exhaust leak of some sort...sounds like shh...where is the best place to get it repaired...normal shops wont touch it cause it has strait pipe....

Let me know if you can help me with any of this... Names numbers and addresses would be helpful of those ? that require them....

1. might be motor mounts or exhaust rattling against something.
2.look at your ECU (OBD0) and count how many light blinks you see, that will tell you whats wrong. if OBD2 go the vatozone and have them read your ECU.
3.id put money on alignment
