east valley leakdown?

I need to do a compression and a leakdown test on my car. Anyone on the east side got either of these testers that I can use?

a motor that is within compression spec's would not need to be leaked down. if the valves and rings are sealing there is nothing else a leakdown is going to tell you. you use it to isolate what has failed.. valve, intake or exh. or merely a ring/cylinder wall/hole in the piston.

you only leak the weak....
