Before and After the wreck on the 101

well i'm almost done the car. All the body work is done, tomorrow we primer and fill in small dents and scratches, then Saturday we paint. pics are listed as before body work, during body work, and after body work.:thumbup:

it was really the only way to cover up the damage on the back, we couldn't pull the quarter panel out evenly where the bumper, quarterpanel and tail light meet, so our only option was to mold it. besides, it looks clean

rear tire blew after it rained, i lost control slid about 150 to 200ft sideways and finally came to a dead stop when i hit the cables in the median.:(

Urethane bumper to metal fender will not last long, especially if you used bondo, I would seperate it and and try to get everything to line up as much as possible or use bondo on the metal only to try to even things out.

Especially if your going to put any amount of work into a good paint job.

I would give it a few months at most before it starts to crack. How did you secure the bumpers to the metal?

The frront bumper flexs quite a bit, even just driving down the highway from wind resistance..

also did you rive through the stock mounting points or add additional reinforcement from behind?

Seems like you did a thorough job on it, I just always feel iffy when bonding two non similar materials on joints that are not meant to be static.

good color combo but to many people have it, rc was one of the first I seen do it in his old coupe then the train began. I was gonna do it but went with something no one had but still used the red gt3's, if u check my avatar u will see the color combo. oh and I think I've seen u in avondale before, I just moved out there.
