So I was changing my brake pads this morning and while doing the driverside i notice the rotor moved alot more than the passenger side...How do i tighten the rotor so it doesnt move???

you don't. they're floating rotors. the rim being tightened on the hub keeps it from moving. When you tighten the lugnuts, the rotor is sandwiched between the rim and the hub, and that is what keeps the rotor from moving. Get it? Of course, this is all assuming that the vehicle you didn't bother to identify for us is equipped with this style brakes setup...

ah gotcha...i have a 2002 honda civic lx which i believe is the floating style

i think most hondas are, although my crx has two screw per rotors to tighten the rotor down

I tighten those screws on my crx rotors...but my rotor still seems to float a bit HAHA
It just wont tighten down as much as I would like...

those screws are not needed. They're used to hold the rotors in placewas the car moves down the assembly line at the factory. Most people don't even put them back it. I do, because it makes it easier to get the caliper and pads over it for me.
