B20 vtec problem

I just swapped a B20 vtec that I had running in a 96 ex to a 00 hx, swapped everything from the engine bay. Now when I try to start it, it idles up and down and it wont drive, everytime I hit the gas to go it dies. We changed to tps sensor and the map sensor. And everytime we take out the spark plugs they are BLACK. Anybody have any suggestions on what this could be???????

My Integra did almost the same thing and the only thing that made it work good was my chipped ecu with HONDATA S200.. which I am selling lmk if you want to try it on....

you need a harness cause my buddy has the same problem he put a b16 into a hx and we had to change the dash harness so maybe that could be it
