I am running a b16a2 swap and the car takes forever to get warm and only does if I am sitting at a light or it's warm outside like day time weather but still not hot enough to blow hot and at night the needle stays barely above the C. Is it possible my thermostat is bad, like stuck open and is just cooling like crazy?!?! Help Please!

same thing used to happen in my sol.

it would run SUPPPPEEERRRR cold, even in the summer.

then it over heated.

then i put coolant.. and its freezing again.

check your thermostat, it is most likely stuck as thats the only situation that will cause a 'cool' motor unless your missing it completely :)

Thermo X 2... when you go to replace it I would buy another failsafe thermo (fails in the open posistion rather then shut) also, make sure you install it in the correct direction and clock it with the jiggle valve in the right position (i think it's 12)
