My front bumper is an aftermarket button because someone hit me like 2 years ago...My question is that with the aftermarket support bar do you guys think an oem bumper would fit right and sit straight on there???

The aftermarket bumper sits off a little and I dont like it.

Thanks

Depends on what else was damaged however aftermarket is notorious for alignment issues..

Well the part that actually clips it on the trunk. You know when you pull your trunk up front and the lock releases...The lock doesnt move when I pull the latch up front.

i just put a new after market front end on my car. most of the time the bumpers fit (ok) but the problem i had on mine was the after market radiator supports bumper brackets were off by almost 2". what i did was cut the spot welds and raised it up on one side. it fits better than it did before but after marke is never going to be perfect. so i guess i would advise to look at the mounting bracket for your bumper and see if there off before buying more stuffs.

if you find a crash repair book, it will give you all the pin to pin dimensions so you can set your car up properly even with junk chinese repair panels. go buy a 300$ fender from teh dealer, see how well it fits.

dont forget stuff gets tweaked even in small impacts. a little massaging with a hammer and dolly will usually get everything where it needs to be.
