B20 vtec build

I have a Del Sol and I want to build a CR-Vtec engine to put in there to use for DD but also to have more power to play with on track day.

What parts would I need to completely redo the engine (not hardcore)

and then what parts would I need to do the swap

ive seen some stron b20vtecs w/o touching the bottom end. heres a few things you can do to help build with some extra power. headwork with valvetrain along with skunk2 pro1 cams. with an ITR manifold and TB along with a nice 4-2-1 header(around $400) along with 310 injectors and a nice tune will give you some nice power with out opening that block

itr intake manifold, would i need a b18 head?

you would need a b16/ITR/CTR head

I got a comple obd1 b16 head,dizzy,intake many with fuel rail and injectors and all sensors this this is so complet it even has the plug wire haha has about 50k on it $450
