Just ordered a White 08 Si

Well I made up my mind and finally ordered a new Si.:grin: I got it White 2 door with Nav. Im pretty excited about it. It should be arriving by Thanksgiving, but I wont be home from my deployment till the first week of dec. I need to buy rims and shit like that, let me know where you guys are getting your things. I used to get all my shit from Versus, but swandi can sure try to rip you off.
BTW does anyone know the differences between the 06-07 and the 08, besides the 4 wheel tires pressure sensor?
And let me know what you guys paid, I think there was already a thread on this but.....

06's do not have VSA. Fog lights have a different switch from 07 08. That's about it on differences.

These guys have a shit ton of aftermarket for the SI.

The odometer color is different, floor mats do not have Si stiched into them on 06's.

I hope the hood is just not closed.... my dealer lady is taking care of it, after the guy did the check up on in, and intalled the tint, she took the keys and told me that no one will drive it.
Like your ride tho, nice wheels. Im getting after market ones.....
This might sound stupid:but: I understand that the NAV uses a DVD , and I know you can take it out, but is it possible to put a regular DVD in there and see if it plays? I know if it could be done it probably would have been done already.... Its just question....

Try the dealership on 83rd and bell, ArrowHead Honda, thats where I got my 08 from, talk to a lady named Jodi, she is the only female there, Tell her Z sent you and she can hook you up.

Thanks! i didn't know how those would look. Earnhardt told me they only had the HFPs in that gold/bronze color.... i know this year they came out with the alloy silver color..... i wanted those at first but now it's just HAWT the way it is! i love my new car! thanks for the props man!

Just FYI when your buying a car!!!!! Go through the FLEET Department through the internet and have them work for you. Don't set up any appoitments nor give your phone number out to them until you have reached a price with everything you want on the car before you go down there. Arrowhead Honda service department is one of the best but the Fleet sucks. They couldn't follow instructions. Ended up going with Bell Honda Fleet. Got my 07 si with no mods out the door for a little over $21k. Fresh off the truck with 3.5 miles on it, no test driving.

I just ordered him some Tien hood dampers and a CF hood for his 23rd birthday... were just searching for some other cheap simple mods, any advice?

no real lips out there
there is a mugen lip(not carbon fiber)
there is also some ARC splitters that looks sick on the fg2..
carbon fiber trunks are out there but thats about it..
maybe some foggies..
and basic bold on. i/h/e and maybe hondata reflash..
