Who can balance my tires....

Just bought some rims...and since i put them on when i get above 65mph my car shakes a lot and my steering wheel shakes a lot...it didnt do it with my old rims/tires...im assuming its that my tires need balanced....who can help me out? where should i go? I went to discount tire, and they wont touch my car cause the back tires have camber wear.....and i just want them balanced now so that i can wait till payday to buy 2 new tires.... but i drive on the freeway everyday to go to work....and its horrible driving like that....i need them balanced...someone help me out...

go to a school or a mexican shop,they will do it 4 free or almost free
