Do you need someone to build the motor or to tune the motor? Collective racing in Tucson can build your motor, they built my 2.0 B18C1 w/ supercharger, and it runs fine. The only problem is that they don't tune there. Collective has chosen to specialize in all motor setups and specifically the H22 but they also have done lots of B's. They have an all motor Civic race car. Here is a link to their website/forum:

You say you have a chipped ECU, but is it programmable like Hondata or Neptune? Your ECU will determine who can tune your motor once it is running.

Addictive Racing in Tucson has a Dynojet and tunes Hondata and AEM. They have a turbo Civic race car. Here is a link to there website:

Locash Racing in Phoenix has a Dynapack and tunes Hondata and Neptune. Here is a link to their website:

There may be other shops, but the ones I mentioned seem to be the most recognized.

I love Scott to death. Him and his employees do really good work. I would say go to Collective Racing too. Golf links and Pantano.

Well me personally i would go to Collective. They can build you whatever you want and be as straight forward with you as possible and not beat around the bush. Have Scott Josh and Blair build your setup and take it up to Locash in phoenix to get it tuned. Honestly you cant go wrong doing things right the first time.
