Question on 95 prelude price

I'm thinking about buying my buddies 95 prelude for $3200
it has The H22, leather, runs good, clean,125000 miles and was driven by his dad. But it has a salvage title, as long as the frame is straight do you think this is a good price? Your opinions are appreciated
