Awesome read. Wish I had read this a couple nights ago before someone jacked my cd player, cd's, new battery, spray paint, tools, and parts of my interior, and my insurance papers.

...yet left 350 cash in the center consol.

I miss Iowa, where you can leave your keys in the ignition, doors unlocked, windows down, and your car would still be there when you walked out of the titty bar. I think Im going to go all out with my new coupe.

Great post. My buddy had a ef hatch b16, full TEIN suspension, si wheels, skunk2 camber kit, braided brake lines and cf hood. Had alarm, kill switch, club and brake lock----stolen. Damn flat beds!

i acually had some try to steal my integra the other day. the guy heard me run out the front door and got in the getaway car. i chased them barefoot for about a quarter mile. almost had them. but i talked to a cop and he told me i can woop his ass and then call the cops. you cant beat him to death but you can sure try and knock him out.

clutch lock is the shit! if your poor like me the thing is like 50$ I lived in a apartment on 120ave and indian school and in 5 months my 98 civic was broke into 3 times, by the 3rd time my clutch pedle was bent from people trying to force it to the side so they could press the clutch just enough to drive away. They never got it, but a few weeks later some one took a big chunk out of our front door like if they wher trying to break in so a few days later me and my girl broke the lease and got the fuck out!!!!

good info. old ideas though.. theres methods not available online or to most thieves. :samuri:

yeah az is bad with theft

so true. phx/mesa on the top cities list.. thefts trends are shifting toward trucks, probally because people are getting more wise to the risks of having honda keys. and less 90's hondas as time passes. here some stats on the most stolen vehicle's 2008 and 2007
