Drove my first track day on Saturday in HPDE 1 and I had an excellent time! I had so much fun that I ran again on Sunday and improved enough for HPDE 2. I think everyone should do this!!!

Not slamming you, but ANYONE can "enter" a turn fast... LOL

The key is can you:

#1 - not fly off the track mid turn
#2 - EXIT the corner faster

Fast in, slow out = SLOW
Slow in, fast out = Fast(er)
Medium speed in, fast out = Fastest :thumbup:

John Dowling is NOT slow
Glen Gormley....well he's just fucking nuts and so is Norm

But I agree, the majority of the 944's, and newer porsche's are driven by people who think that driving one entitles them to god-like driving abilities....

i think they were referring to all the new nicer porsches.. as for the 944 crew, they are all nuts.. john and clay, both good drivers..

the porsche club is who we are talking about. not the guys legitimately driving in DE/race group
