vtec problem help!!

all right i have a problem my vtec doesnt wanna kick!!

here is a pic the green wire on the selenoid(i colored in blue) is disconected and i dont find where i can connect this wire ..help please :crazy:

it kinda looks like your whole harness is hacked up. if i were you id sit down with a manual, a continuity tester and start figurin out if everything is in the right place
