I just picked up a 2004 Silverstone Metallic S2000. I love this car to death and cant wait to start modding it. First up, suspension....still deciding on Tein, Cusco or K-Sport coilovers.

i dont know if ine ur budget, but go with JIC A2, i love mine.. A1 is cheaper, but when one of ur damper goes out u gotta get it from an auth JIC dealer and its about $200 - $250 i believe..

JIC is topnotch, BUT for those that want a smooth ride especially if the car is a DD i would not go with JIC. I have a buddy that works at JIC and is always trying to make me get th em, After riding them in a few different cars they just seem a lil to stiff for me. No offense to anyone that has JICs but if the car that has JICs on them is just a DD and rarely sees the track, then i personally think you wasted a good coilover set up. Im sure john will make a good decision on which coilover to go with, I know he has on wheels so far! :-p

i take n offense they are pretty stiff, i hate dring it around the streets of phoenix, they take a bad beating.. damn i see ur boy got the RG's.. what an awesome price too.. i was trying to get some but for mint conditon all i found was $2500.. gonna be a sick s2k!

Yup, still deciding on what suspension. A big thx to Jorge for the wheels/lugs...picked them up for $1800 so all in all a good buy. I'm still torn between coils though, K-sports aren't all that bad and the only other REASONABLY priced suspension that I'm going to use for a DD would be Tein so...............:smirk: It's very hard to find the right ones.
