who is your phoen carrier? you can go online and track your calls, they may call blocking their number, but on the bill the number shows up.

Its more than that. They need authorization from the phone company and sometimes a search warrant. Have to prove the cause before they can get the search warrant. If its a threat to your life or what not than the Judge may decide in your favor but if its for a car then more than likely no go.
