clutch help

well i have a b16a with a hydraulic tranny and i just changed the clutch but the gears wont go inn, they go inn but you have to force them inn, what can be causing this and the old clutch did not look bad yet it was doing the samething please help me and be free to ask me questions

i know what it is , it happend to my integra when i converted it from auto .shit i cant remember the name of the part the one on the tranny and agaist the fire wall that has to do with youre clutch its one of those to both new is like 200 for them .
