can you throw a b16 or gsr head on an older b20 or b21 block or can you drop a vtec engine in a 91 prelude

u can drop a gsr head it has been done
wont make power because it will starve of oil and blow up

so no vtec head swap
yes u can drop a h22 in it
u need az race mounts ecu trans and motor h22also need custom axles can get these from raxles and a ecu rewire kit

if u want to keep the b20 boost is the best bet
at 8psi u can make about 200whp and 200tq
12 250ish and 275 tq
20psi plus over 400whp and tq

if u have a b21a u will want to resleve it before you boost frm ftmfl
