Only main question I have is for removing the old seats. I know there is supposed to be something with the arming system for the airbags under here? Any advice on where to start or what to do so I don't blow up the ride from the inside :D

i think theres a plug that goes into the chair for just the seatbelts...i dont think it has to do with the airbags.

if i remember, its either 1 or 2 wires under your seat. unclip those and remove the seats. i never plugged mine back in so i just hid em under my seats but my srs light is always gonna stay on. oh well.

yea not looking for any srs lights. I would like to keep the car without cel or anything for as long as possible.

oh the cel isnt on. just srs. doesnt really matter though, cause mine had the side airbags on my seats. thats the only reason why the srs light is on.

Do I have any chance of deploying anything from this? Only reason i'm asking is because someone at honda told me before that something with the arming of the airbag is under the seat.

You gotta PM me on this stuff. You can unplug and replug the new ones but whatever you do, DO NOT turn the ignition on when they are unplugged. That will cause the SRS light to come on and it has to be reset afterwards.

Here's my DIY:
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1959183

I had to swap the rails because the seats that I got had modified rails, it had EG rails. I just keep reading that its just easier to bend/drill the 4th hole that dosen't line up.
In order for you not to get a SRS light, you just have to unplug your battery for 5 mins before you unplug the SRS plug under the seat

there is an ass sensor in the seat so it wont deploy if no one is sitting there.

you wont burst ur bags but you will get a srs light as im sure u now know.
