need help with B20!!

I have 95 teg and i recently dropped in a jdm b20. i got it to start but i only have one cylnder firing. i checked the distributer and its all good, the spark plug and wires are all getting spark. I dont know what it could be......

Fuel. You need fuel and spark to get fire (basically). If you know you've got spark, check for fuel. That'd be step 2.
