honestly i dont know how they were caught, i need to go in and see or something, maybe ill get some stuff back, and btw the car was stripped to nothing but a frame...no joke they cut everything off...nothing was left.

a little update, they caught the guy a couple months back but it wasnt related to my car, the way they charged him was because his fingerprints were all over my car when they found it. basically they just let me know for "closure" since insurance payed me, even though it was only half of what my cars actual worth was. He was also charged with 8 other counts of grand theft auto. hell be away for a while. hope it was worth it.

thats the thing though, i had over 20grand in receipts for the my car and insurance gave me $10,500... and i literally had the car for a whole 3 months before it was taken.

Well at least they were caught. Most insurance companies won't cover aftermarket parts so it's a risk you have to take in putting that money into your car. Be lucky you have full coverage then and got anything for it! I have to pay over 2k out of my own money to pay for what one thief broke.

a piece of my dash that connects under the steering column trying to look for a kill switch. Have to buy a whole new dash cause the tab broke off completely. Gay.
