Why cant I download pics. I always have before, but now in wont let me. It says "this page cannot be displayed, or internet explorer cannot display page" I cant sell anything without pics! Please help

Yes, there is a known issue I'm still trying to figure out why that is happening.

For the meantime, try getting a free account on http://photobucket.com/ and linking your pics. Its simple to do.

its because the pictures saved in peoples computers are too big.
when the manage attatchment box comes up it shows what size file height and width the pictures need to be

if the picture is too big it gives the page cannot be displayed. this happened to me a few times and i couldnt figure out why until i realized the pictures i was trying to upload were huge. i just resized them to the specs provided and everything worked fine.

I tried that also, I made the pics smaller than the pixel limit and the kb limit and it still didn't work. Weird!
