should i run a t3/t61 or a gt30r turbo on my fully built gsr motor im not to familliar with turbos i would like to know everyones opinion thanks

The T61 will flow 65lbs(approx 650whp max) where as the GT3076R will flow 53lbs (520whp max). so your looking at a potential 100 hp difference between the two turbos.

which one of the two do you think would be better for thte 1/4 mile performance wise. i heard that the gt30 will build faster but do you know how much by.

Well it really depends on your HP Goals on what turbo to go with. As far as the spool up goes the GT30 will spool a little faster and not full off between shifts because it is DBB. However the T3/T61 is also available with a DBB CHRA for a comparable price to the GT3076R.

Ive had a Gt30R on my Ls/Vtec and loved the way it performed!!!

3076r are great!! and sound baller as hell...
i use 35r @ 10:1 comp, on 18psi it makes 505hp, full spool at 4400rpm

on what kind of displacement? cam set up? port and polished head? what kind of manifolds? thats good power though for that boost. and is it a t4 flange?

set up is. (head) stock ports, stainless valves springs retainers locks, CTR cams.
84mm, full-race mani. 35r with small exhaust a/r, t3 flange...
9300rpm redline. lots more to that setup too.

I would get 22psi by 4600 with my 30R
