Civic type R ECU

will a civic type R OBD2B ecu work properly in a 00 Civic Si with a B18c1 (98year) ?

I know it'll plug right into the civic harness but will the motor work ok? (VTEC and whatnot?)

block off the secondary butterfly and youll be good

you dont need to "block" anything off. you can just disconnect the vacuum line to the diaphragm and they will stay open. or you could just buy a skunk 2 intake mani.
