ok my 02 ep3 is not unlocking when i turn the car off and my alarm no longer arms and my cd player died so im trying to figure this out oh and the batteries in the remote are good. help?

nope both the car battery and the remote battery are fine

fixed it by messing with the overide and valet function of the system but whats werid is i fixed it and now my cd player works so why would they be connected?

well i know in my rsx the alarm is connected to the Radio the anti-theft system so when your alarm system started messing up it probbly sent a signal or a message to the radio that someone is tying to steal the car so it shut off but thats what i think might be wrong
